The first thing mom thought when she saw little "D.J." for the first time was, "He is perfect!". Denise and Damon had been trying to get pregnant for several years, so when they finally found out that they were expecting a baby, it was very emotional. Mom wanted to ring in the new year with her new baby so we planned to add a few holiday props and DJ was just adorable!

DJ made the perfect "teddy bear" and just slept like a dream! Mom was concerned about DJ waking up or crying during the session, but I assured her it would be ok. At Bitsy Baby Portraits, your Athens, GA newborn photographer, I never schedule more than one session a day so that I am not under any time constraint. Every baby eventually goes to sleep :-)  

We also got a few shots of a little Santa DJ.   

When asked how she felt about the session, Denise said, "I was concerned that my little one would cry and move and the photo-shoot would be a nightmare. But it was just the opposite. The studio was warm and sounds were provided mimicking the womb. The experience was very pleasant. The pictures were ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE!"
